How Do I Know My Insurance Company Will Cover The Damage?

There is no guarantee that your insurance company will cover the damage to your home. In addition, there may be special endorsements or limits to your actual coverage. A good restoration contractor, will be on the phone and notifying the insurance company, and possibly the adjuster, as to what caused the damage and to confirm coverage. A good restoration contractor will never tell a customer that coverage is granted. We are not insurance professionals, and we do not know your insurance policy.

How Does Your Lower Cost Mold Removal Help Make My Property Safe From hazardous Mold?

We use our exclusive TAVS system. The surface with actual mold growth is treated with our safer surface mold killer first. The safer surface mold killer also removes all signs of mold staining and leaves behind a protective barrier that lasts for several years and stops new mold from growing on the treated surface.

After the visible mold growth is gone, we then treat the entire area with our propitiatory Technologically Advanced Vapor System (TAVS) This treats the air and penetrates deep into all the surfaces of the room being treated to ensure that the airborne mold spores are dead.
